Approximately twice a year, Universal City Studios Credit Union offers a pre-approval for their Platinum Visa Credit Card. This campaign entails the use of both digital and print marketing. First, we send a variable-print direct mail piece out to the members that have been pre-approved. The piece includes the information on the offer as well as a QR code to the online form to fill out the application. The form we've created for this campaign is dynamic in that the member fills out several fields and upon verification, the rate and terms of the offer appear along with the rest of the fields to complete the form. Upon submission, the member receives an email confirmation and the client receives an email confirmation along with a link to their secure submission portal to view the entire application.
We also advertise the offer on the website, social media and through email marketing, all of which lead the member to the online form for easy application.
We have the ability to create both static and dynamic forms. Dynamic forms allow us to target specific individuals that are eligible for an offer. By filling out a couple of fields, the member is informed if they are pre-approved and can continue from there if they choose.
We also post the offer to social media with a link direct to the pre-approval form. On average, we receive an 11% engagement score on social media.
