Branch, Digital and Print Marketing.
Universal City Studios Credit Union launched a strategic objective to increase membership in 2021. We had a lot of fun thinking outside the box with this one in an effort to get the word out and create awareness. Our efforts included branch marketing, digital marketing with the inclusion of an online membership application and client submission portal and direct mail marketing.
BRANCH MARKETING
We provided the branch with printed marketing materials to help increase membership. This included a large window cling design, membership posters as well as retractable banners.
DIGITAL MARKETING
The credit union had us create an online membership application to drive up membership and streamline the application process. The form was created and launched on their website with banner ads to drive traffic to the application. The potential member is given the opportunity to apply, upload required documentation and fund their account online. Upon submission, the user receives a confirmation email and the client receives a notification email along with the link to their secure application portal to view the application in its entirety. We created a custom layout of the PDF application that the client can download and use as needed.
