Smart phone usage is popular—understatement of the decade, literally.
In fact, the percentage of global web traffic has surged over the past decade. As of April 2021, 56.16 percent of all web traffic came through mobile phones. (source)
So why aren't FIs using more marketing via SMS and MMS? For some it's an opt-in issue—but the again, we can create you a form for that. For others, it's finding the right balance between education, promotion and respecting your audience's personal space.
