EMCCU Core Conversion
Upgrading technology and services.
In 2020, El Monte Community Credit Union underwent a conversion of their core systems. Since most members probably wouldn't understand this terminology, we decided to market this process as a technology and service upgrade. The process did update both online banking and mobile banking and offered enhancements to bill pay, the ability to check account balances, transferring funds between accounts, among many other features. We provided digital and print marketing services for this campaign including banner ads and landing pages on the website and mobile apps, a FAQ page on the website as well as a printed FAQ flyer for the branch for members to be updated as information became available, branch posters, a buck slip for members to take with them after visiting the branch for easy reference on information and a series of emails detailing the process.

EMAIL MARKETING
A series of emails were sent to membership to inform about branch closures, updates and upon conversion completion, links to the new online banking portal and mobile banking apps.
RESULTS
On average, our Core Conversion email marketing delivered a 33% open rate.
PRINT MARKETING
We supplied the branch with in-branch posters, printed FAQ flyers for easy reference and several series of buck slips for members to take with them for easy reference.
